ATOL Protection
We are an ATOL protected travel company (ATOL number XXXX). When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight-inclusive holiday from us, you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you, and who to contact if things go wrong.
ATOL protection means that in the event of our insolvency, you will not be stranded abroad and will be provided with assistance, including repatriation where necessary. If you have not yet travelled, you will receive a full refund for any ATOL protected booking.
Not all of the holiday and travel services we offer are covered by the ATOL scheme. Where a service is not ATOL protected, this will be clearly indicated to you before you complete your booking.
Please ensure that you receive and check your ATOL Certificate after booking and retain it for your records.
